Fur, Fins and Feathers - 2010 Wenatchee River Salmon Festival

When : Sep 18 2010 (All day) - Sep 19 2010 (All day)
Location : Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery

Twenty years old and they’re still the freshest fish in town! Come help celebrate 20 years of ‘Fins, Feathers & Family Fun’ at the Wenatchee River Salmon Festival, September 18-19, 2010.

Salmon Fest is devoted to fun-filled “edu-tainment”, a form of education and entertainment that is both fun and educational. Their mission is to connect families and youth to nature, by helping people discover and appreciate the beauty and intricacies of the great outdoors, and to understand and appreciate the significance of salmon to all people in the northwest. The festival brings people, natural resources, education, entertainment and science together in a noncommercial, nonpolitical package, and in this economically challenged world - it’s all FREE!
